We recently asked MOMENTUM 4 owners in the Sennheiser Explorers community how we could further improve wearing comfort. The feedback was clear: most of you are already happy with the comfort, and for us, that’s a big win. Comfort is never an afterthought in our engineering, so hearing that it matters to you validates the work behind every design decision.
But Explorers don’t stop at “good enough.” Your input highlighted where we should go next: softer ear pad materials, better sizing for ear space, and improved breathability. These learnings are already being discussed with our engineers and are influencing current over-ear headphone development.
We also explored what matters most when comparing headphones in a retail store. The answer was decisive: 91% of you said sound quality is the top priority. Beyond that, you look closely at overall product quality, active noise cancellation, and value for money. These insights are helping us shape better in-store listening and trial experiences with our retail partners.
