True allyship requires ongoing commitment to understanding, education, and inclusivity. Music has long been a powerful force for LGBTQIA+ empowerment, and we are dedicated to becoming better allies through a series of meaningful actions.

How are we working to become better allies:
1. Continuous learning mindset:
By implementing a learning path on inclusivity and diversion with added focus on creating inclusive work environments for LGBTQIA+ colleagues and providing access to educational resources like GLAAD’s media guidelines, we are fostering a culture of continuous learning about LGBTQIA+ history and issues within the company.
2. Listening, Amplifying, and Celebrating:
For the past years our campaigns feature on and off LGBTQIA+ talent to highlight the diverse range of voices within the community. When we showcase their stories and achievements, we aim to amplify their presence and celebrate their contributions. Representation matters, and we are committed to ensuring that LGBTQIA+ individuals are seen and valued.
3. Promoting Inclusivity:
Inclusivity starts at home. We are dedicated to creating a workplace that fosters a culture of respect and equality. Our internal initiatives include diversity training, our OutLoud resource group for LGBTQIA+ employees and allies, and policies anc channels like Speak Up that promote a safe, diverse, and inclusive environment. We regularly review our practices to ensure that our workplace is welcoming and supportive for all employees.
4. Supporting LGBTQIA+ Media, Art, and Events:
Our commitment to authentic representation in the music industry led us to a partnership with GLAAD, which greatly supports LGBTQIA+ voices and stories in the media. Additionally, as part of our parent company’s commitment, we proudly supported Zurich Pride 2024, showcasing our dedication to LGBTQIA+ visibility and celebration.
5. Ongoing Outreach:
We maintain year-round support for the LGBTQIA+ community, integrating this commitment into our core values. By actively listening to feedback from LGBTQIA+ employees and community members, we aim to continuously improve our practices.
